I am rejecting this response because: We were careful with this sign and handle it per the instructions. I don't know what else a consumer can do. On the receipt it states exchanges with-in 15 days. It doesn't state all sales final. If that policy would have been told to me, I would never have wasted $200. It is so disappointing when you try to support local business people and this is the kind of treatment you receive.

This is no simple. We don’t take back a neon when the customer have broken it. That’s a ridiculous notion. It’s possible I can get it repaired for her at her cost, not mine. We have even started a new policy because of her, having the customer sign a statement upon purchase.Thanks[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: The sign was lit up while on the wall. I am not totally sold that it was our fault it was broke some how. How do I know the guy removing it from high up on the wall didn't break it. It was never plugged back in once it was removed from the wall. All I know is when I went to plug it in Christmas morning it was broke. I will find someone to fix it if I have to but will never use this company again. I am only one person but I will make sure my experience is shared with everyone I know. Very disappointed in our local business.
