Review: I placed an order on December *, 2014. When I did not receive my order by December **, I attempted to contact the merchant. After 3 failed attempts, with no return cal, communication of any kind, or merchandise, I proceeded to contact my bank to reverse the charge on my credit card.Desired Settlement: I would like to see this business removed from website, as they fail to deliver promised merchandise, and customer service is non-existent

Review: I paid for items I never received.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back

Review: Ordered product for a gift have not received, have called company twice and left messages and have emailed them 3 times without a response but today I got email asking for a review on the product. How can one review a product without receiving it?Desired Settlement: I would like the product and if they can't handle that then my money back, and I won't order again.
