Wilcox Basement Systems, Inc.

I had a system put in by this company several years ago with a supposed lifetime and transferable warranty. The system has now failed and the owner's response is a raised voice of "what do you want me to do?" I must now disclose that a drainage system installed after I purchased my house doesn't work and the company that put it in refuses to fix it. A caution to others who might be considering this company, especially based on its "Revdex.com" rating...look at reviews from sites such as Angie's List and others who have had a difficult time with this company. When business is bad....?
