I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute.
Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.if you check my move in condition form, I noted the house was dirty apon move in, drawers had hair in them, stove was left dirty, cabinet had messes all over the shelves, nail holes were left behind from prior tenants, there was NO filter when I moved in, light bulbs were out in numerous areas, yard work was not done & the vents were dirty especially the living room ones.  I changed the filter every 30 days due to allergies- check the t-stat it's programmed to change every 30 days.   Yes, the trash was left on the curb for the trash man, obviously it wasn't picked up- I understand being charged for that.   I am still requesting to see photographs of the cleaning I am being charged for and have yet to see.  We cleaned the house, blew the garage of dirt, cleaned the floors, scrubbed everything- so please show me why I am being charged $160 in cleaning fees!

Revdex.comMESSAGE FROM BUSINESS:Our company policy is that every home is professionally cleaned and sanitized prior to new tenants moving in.  Per the lease (see attached highlighted pages) it is clear what items we may deduct for at move out.Wilco Realtors has reviewed this claim several times and as mentioned in the previous response there were many more charges that we could have charged for per the lease but did not.  We consider this claim/complaint closed.Thank you!
