I ordered a hemoglobinometer and a glucometer on 2/23/15. I received an order confirmation, but the monitors never arrived. On 3/3/15 I checked my order status online to find they had marked my order as fraudulent for no obvious reason. I am opening a new practice and have ordered over $30,000 of equipment from various suppliers to start up, and this is the supplier who left me hanging without equipment for opening day.. No notice was sent to me the order was canceled. I will not order from them again.
