The company charges a core for buying used auto parts. But after buying the used auto parts they refused to take the core back stating that cuz the product was not made out of the same material it isn’t accepted they refuse to try and compromise with me. No telling how many other customers have been treated this way

We have spoken to the customer several times to explain to him that the core charge is returned when the identical part is returned with the receipt. In this case, the customer purchased 4 aluminum wheels but he brought back steel rims. He needed to return aluminum wheels in order for the core charge to be returned.
