Wiki Store

Terrible experience! I ordered an item and changed my mind about it. I contacted them before it shipped to request to cancel my order, but I did not receive an email until three days later after the order shipped. Roger from the Wiki Store stated that he couldn't do anything since it shipped, in which I replied I emailed before it shipped and I would like to return it once I receive the product. He stated it's in their policy that they do not accept return items at all and there is nothing they can do. What online store doesn't accept returned items? I ordered the item on Dec 17 and still have not yet seen it. I wouldn't support this online store if they're not willing to help out the customer at all.
