Review: On February 9, 2015, I made an on-line purchased for a wig from Wigsnatural.com for a total of $290.96. The next day, February 10, 2015, funds were taken out of my account. This would have made my fourth purchase from Wigs Natural, and I have always been pleased with the speed of delivery and quality of their product. Based on my past experience with their speedy delivery, I was hoping to receive my wig by Valentines Day (Feb 14th) but was willing wait by the end of Feb for another event I had planned. In the meantime, I heard NOTHING, received no communication, tracking info or emails regarding my pending order or progress. I tried calling them many times at various times of day (aware of California vs. Michigan time difference), but no one ever answered until on Feb 23, 2015 @ 5:30 pm (Eastern Standard Time). I spoke with an Asian female(Jean Yan?), who looked up my order (# 3**7) and told me because my order was custom ordered; it was going to take several more weeks to complete. She wouldnt give me a specific date and several weeks have passed and again I havent heard or received any communication regarding my pending order. Ive been more than patient, had I known up front my order would take this long; I would have never purchased it! At this point I would like my money refunded, so that I can purchase my product elsewhere!Desired Settlement: Desired resolution: To deliver my original order(wig) ASAP, send a similar but better quality wig, or a full refund ($290.96) plus an additional $75 (365.96) for wasting my time without the courtesy of some sort of communication. They took my money ASAP!
