Good Afternoon-
I had a phone conversation with Mr.*** on 12/30/15. I listened to Mr***' concerns and discussed the entire process with him. There was a difference in opinion between the loan officer and the borrower in regards as to what was/was not communicated. While
I have complete belief that our loan officer communicated in the correct way, we have come to an agreement regarding Mr***' concerns that are fair to all parties and I have confirmed that Mr*** feels the same way. This issue is now resolved
