My builder recommended Wigger Draperies. We were able to get in quickly for our initial meeting, which we felt went well. We met with Aga on a Friday afternoon and were told that her assistant would begin working on our quote the following Monday.
Just over two weeks later, Aga emailed to advise that she had some personal matters come up, but that we should expect our quote later that day. Unfortunately, the quote never arrived. I followed up four times over the next month (three emails and a phone call) and did not receive any response. Our builder also reached out to her by email and text, again with no response.
After more than 10 weeks, we never received a quote or any further communication. I eventually called Wigger Draperies and asked to speak with a manager, only to be told that Aga is both the owner and the manager.
Waiting for Wigger Draperies to respond put us six weeks behind schedule and was a significant waste of time. The complete lack of follow‑up or communication was extremely disappointing. Deserves 0 stars, but 1 is the lowest!
I stopped in near the end of the day to talk to the staff about something that I was looking for but could not find anywhere for my blind. The staff there are courteous knowledgeable and were very helpful, not only did they know exactly was I was looking for they had small tickle trunk full of small odd and ends that had what I was looking for. I would highly recommend this business to anyone that needs new or custom manufactured blinds / drapes or cushions.
