Review: Went to the store 9/*/14 @ 10:53am,bought a wig for $24.99 and 2 other supplies, I was never advised that this a final sale by [redacted])who cashed me. when I got home I took out the wig and saw it decided it won't be a fit. I went back to store on 9/*/14 approx. 11am to request an exchange with receipt, but was advised then its a store policy of no returns or exchange. I asked [redacted] so why was I never advised of your policy when I was paying, he ignored me, then I again he pointed to piece of paper ( not even a 8X11 paper size) with some fine print behind the register.Desired Settlement: What I want from this store, is that he renders me an exchange for another hair product/s for my $24.99 spent. His lack of customer service is distasteful. Your assistance in this matter will greatly appreciated.Sincerely,[redacted]
