our card card processor and refused to pay his November bill, refused to return the leased equipment, and unplugged or tamped with WiFly's equipment. Because of these actions his contract was defaulted on 12/3/16 after several attempts to resolve the issue where made. We've sent [redacted] at least 2 emails going as far back as 1/20/16 and 1 phone call asking for the equipment to be returned. To this day we still haven't received the equipment. No one from WiFly has removed the equipment from the house.
We're attempted to reach out to [redacted] on 2/26/16 in attempt to resolve this Revdex.com complaint but he's failed to return our call.
Attached is the contract and correspondence from [redacted] about this account.
Invoice #2029 was "paid" on 11/8/15 and was later reversed by paypal based on a fraud report by [redacted]
