I did send along the letter we received from [redacted] and her lease agreement She is paid thru 9-19-which with her letter gives the day noticeWe called [redacted] on 8-26-and told her she could remove the lock and we would be sending her security deposit back to her.Our phone number is listed on the building and is working 800-236-As you can see the letter was dated 8-15-and we would assume mailed close to that dateWe don’t keep the envelopes for a post mark dateSo we probably received it on 8-or 8-It is possible I might not even have opened it until 8-21-so we were surprised to see your letter so fastSince she was giving her day notice and renting thru 9-19-I probably wasn’t worried about calling back right awayNow that’s seems like maybe a mistake but she has been sending a check to us every month and knows they have been cashed so we are active with the Chilton location.Hopefully this helps clears some things up from the WIFL side of the storyIf there is anything else you need to know please if me know. Thanks [redacted]

I did send along the letter we received from [redacted] and her lease agreement. She is paid thru 9-19-17 which with her letter gives the 30 day notice. We called [redacted] on 8-26-17 and told her she could remove the lock and we would be sending her security deposit back...
to her.Our phone number is listed on the building and is working 800-236-7568. As you can see the letter was dated 8-15-17 and we would assume mailed close to that date. We don’t keep the envelopes for a post mark date. So we probably received it on 8-17 or 8-18. It is possible I might not even have opened it until 8-21-17 so we were surprised to see your letter so fast. Since she was giving her 30 day notice and renting thru 9-19-17 I probably wasn’t worried about calling back right away. Now that’s seems like maybe a mistake but she has been sending a check to us every month and knows they have been cashed so we are active with the Chilton location.Hopefully this helps clears some things up from the WIFL side of the story. If there is anything else you need to know please if me know. Thanks[redacted]
