I am writing to ask that you please reopen this caseWe had previously listed it as "answered" because Mr*** had responded indicating that I would receive a refundImmediately following, I spoke with the corporate office who told me that no refund had been issued or yet
discussed.As it is currently, the statements made on Mr***s response are not only they are a fabricationPersonally, I was very offended to be lied to at this point in our situation, but thought I might give *** insurance a chance to make it correct.After hearing that the statements were a lie, I wrote to both companies requesting the refund againI mentioned politely that I thought the actions were imprudent and would be forced to reopen the case with the Revdex.comI stated that this was not what I wanted to do, and only wished the situation be made rightI have given it a week and two days and have so far been ignored.At this point I consider the situation to be worse considering statementsI feel like I am being "mocked" by both companies and my time has been further abused

In response to the case being reopened a member of the parent company contacted me and offered a refund. The check was received as promised. The matter has been resolved.
