Review: My client purchased 2 LAZY BOY recliners from Weidy's Furnture, Kingston location and they arrived poorly constructed and lacking stuffing. Weidy's of Kingston completely lacked follow up as per their Manufacturer;s agreement that they must assure all deliveries are up to manufacturers standards. After reaching out to Lazy Boy corporate and submitting 22 photos Lazy Boy corporate agreed that the recliners need to be taken apart and destuffed to manufacturer standards. They owners of Weidy's still continue to refuse to fulfill their obligation and will not accept a return.

I have been an interior designer for 30 years in Malibu California, New York, New York, London England and Miami Florida and have never come across such a rude and irresponsible retailer as is Weidy's Furniture. I and my customers are infuriated.Desired Settlement: Simply take the chairs back and bring them up to manufacturers standards as legally obligated to do. Stand up and delivery the customer service Weidy's claims vs. being currently fraudulent and not fulfilling contractual agreement with customer and manufacturer.

Weidy's as they are operating now is an embarrassment to the interior design community and I would not recommend anyone step into any of their retail stores at this juncture after this horrible and aggravating experience.
