WICR Waterproofing and Contruction, Inc signed a contract on 4/21/20 with ***, property manager of Valley Association Management on behalf of the Reseda-Victory CHOA. I contacted the jobsite manager ***, her leave replacement ***, the VP *** that there were concerns before, during and after the work was done. Per the contract my patio was not made whole to match the pre-existing textured condition, nor was the surfaced prepped according to the contract. Now the VP wants to charge me personally $1200 to redo the job correctly.
