Wicks Land Surveying

I hired Michael w*** to re survey my property for a renovation I am planning. I agreed to the price ($700) and a timeline of approximately a week to survey and another week to draw out my property on December *** 2019. After 3 weeks I reached out for expected date to start and was only then told that they would be coming that day, (1/*/20) 3 weeks later after deposit was submitted/accepted. They sent 2 guys and all the appropriate equipment. I received the drawing about a week later in the mail as originally stated.

From there my architect noticed some discrepancies from the outdated survey to the new one that was just redone by wicks land surveyor's. I reached out to the company to double check and verify there start points and other information at which point I sent them a photo of the older survey that is over 30 years old that was sent 1//20. There was maybe an lapse of a few hours to receive just a recreated drawing of my old survey, which leads me to believe there was no verification process done and that whatever time that was spent on properly surveying my property was done insufficiently or improperly.

After speaking with the owner he has claimed that it was done right and that sometimes the measurements aren't always correct and may vary a few inches. In my case the property was miss measured on all sides by about 2' on three sides. I have been trying to resolve this for a month now and the owner has been responding every so often with "i'm trying to get this resolved" or "i'll call you tomorrow" or " i'll call you this afternoon. it is now February *** and with little communication and nothing to show for it I am getting the feeling he's given up his efforts and my patience has been stretched to it's end.
