They are not out of business. We just received a mattress via "The Dump" in Tempe, Az tonight. 01/01/2015. Date of manufacture is 12/31/2015/ There is no "code" on the mattress tag for the warranty. We will have to call The Dump tomorrow to find out what the warranty actually is. We don't have a problem yet, but if we do, the mattress tag does not give a a code for the warranty.
