Review: On November [redacted] I ordered 2 figurines as a gift from Wicked and Wonderful. On November [redacted], I received an update that my order was shipped. On December [redacted] I checked the status of my order and it said via [redacted] that it was delivered and signed for by an "[redacted]" (not me). I contacted my apartment complex owner and they did not have the package. It was not at my door, not in my box. I immediately contacted wicked and wonderful to see what was going on. No response. On December [redacted], I sent another request to be contacted - no response. Again, today I have contacted the company with no response.Desired Settlement: These were a gift for Christmas ordered in time for Christmas. W&W should make sure if they are [redacted] their packages out that they require signature by the owner..not someone whose name does not even match the package. Additionally, even if they don't want to take responsibility, they could at least respond to 3 email requests.
