This review is of the property management company responsible for ***, and numerous other apartment rental properties.

The representative (Kristy ***) knowingly rented out an upper-level apartment that had large amounts of water coming in through the walls whenever it rained. The tenant's video documentation demonstrated that the issue was many years old, judging by the wear and tear on the bricks below the improperly maintained gutters outside the wall that the flooding was coming through. It took a great deal of negotiation to make arrangements for a different apartment at another property before winter. The tenant was new to Wichita, and this experience caused them a lot of unnecessary trouble. Also, at both properties, the plumbing and air systems were in terrible condition.
