I am rejecting this response because: I bought a bunk bed and mattress! I returned the mattress and got a refund, if refunds weren’t allowed, why would they agree to it? So it was free delivery and assembly when we bought the bed, this being the first time walking into the storeThe second time I went in was to return the mattress and I got my refund but I didn’t know I will get a bed with dents in it and, they told me I had to pay for delivery when delivery was free for all that day, they had posters up saying free delivery in bold! They quickly realized they were wrong and went oh yes “free delivery it is”They delivered my bed and didn’t assemble it and it had so many dents in it! We called them and they were so rude! Came to find out they are very corrupt with their business! There are lots of complains about their business here on FT Sill! There is a blog on Facebook with bad experiences at their store and how judgmental they are! They are out right rude! All I wanted was a bed without dents! Assembly as promised! Both not delivered! This is definitely not a fair trade! ***
