Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 11, 2016/01/21) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I will attach a photo with this responseNotice solenoid packs1stis original 2ndis first replacement and 3rdis 2ndreplacement I didBoth replacement solenoids cost me $eachI knew this wasn't the problem and There is no way I would pay them $to do what I could do for $They never called and asked if it was ok to change itI even left a note on the front seat saying, "Do not change solenoid pack, just check wiring!" The one they put in did work, at first, just as the ones I replaced didHalf way home it stopped workingI brought the car back the next daySix days later they called me up and said it wasn't charging and they couldn't fix itThis is right after they checked the wiring harnessThe wiring harness they checked is the same one that was not fully clicked back togetherThey told me I would have to go step by step replacing possible bad parts to find out why it wasn't chargingFirst step was the instrument cluster, that was $I paidAt that point I brought it to the dealership, they never told me to do thatAnd think about it, there a repair shop, way are they sending business down the road?
