30 Day Return Policy
You may return items within 30 days of original purchase for Exchange or Refund. After 30 days, store credit may be issued upon manager approval, if item is in resalable condition. Must have original receipt or proof of purchase on account.
FINAL SALE. NO REFUND/EXCHANGE ON:
WHOLESALE (bulk/pallet discount), HEALTH &BEAUTY, SEASONAL, CLEARANCE, YARD SALE ITEMS.
The electric fan heater in question was purchased as a sale item, which is considered a final sale. The item was attempted to be returned outside of the 30 day policy. In the attempt to remedy the customer's concerns, we discussed the situation with the customer. When the customer was asked why they did not attempt to return it within thirty days, their response was that they didn't know if they could because of COVID-19. The customer was asked if they attempted to call the store and let us know. They said no. Due to the item being a sale item and COVID policy changes, the return could not be completed.
In order to offer the customer the best solution, we gave them a 10% discount off of their next purchase, which was made at the time of the attempted return."

this item did not have marked all sales final - store policy AFTER 30 DAYS STORE CREDIT MAY BE ISSUED FROM STORE MANAGER-THIS POLICY WAS NOT DONE!! I WAS TOLD I COULD NOT RETURN BECAUSE OF VIRUS!!!???- THIS WAS A BAIT AN SWITCH GAME THIS STORE USED TO STOP A RETURN ITEM- THIS BUSINESS PRACTICE SHOULD BE LOOKED AT AS A WAY TO STOP CUSTOMERS FROM RETURNING A PURCHASE?! CUSTOMERS ALL HAVE FORMED CLASS ACTION SUITS FOR JUST SUCH POLICYS??!!
