I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  
1. please prove the painter returned.2. please provide proof that he fixed anything at all. I can send you current/new pictures showing that the problems remain unchanged.3. please provide proof that any mention of rain was used as an excuse for not contacting me for additional appointments, after the painter didn't show up.

I do apologize about all of the inconveniences you have experienced. Like I said previously and it can be checked and proven that I am in fact correct, the painter came out there once after and did not complete everything. We have tried scheduling again for him to complete more of the issues you pointed out after the first time. Like I previously mentioned as well, the rain at that time placed an inconvenient damper on everything. We are still willing to fix everything. You have paid for the work and it can be fixed.

The painter who was responsible for fixing many of the issues the client requested has gone on numerous occasions to fix everything, so we are not avoiding getting the issues resolved.
