yesterday morning after I filed this complaint.  I will that them at their word though that the refund has been made and proceed to file another complaint if that is not the case.

I have not received any money back from them or any kind of transformation. There not telling the truth. I can show the funds deposited into my account if need to.

The customer confirmed that the charge was made by someone in his household. His request was processed on October 16th.

Ms. [redacted]'s payments have been previously refunded per her request.

The customer's membership was received and canceled the same day. Per her request a courtesy refund was granted and issued.
