Review: Installed wireless security system but it continues to malfunction and not work properly. Constant error message in the beginning now alarm will not reset at all. I have contacted him multiple times and he says he is coming to fix but never shows up. It has been over a year and we still do not have a working system which was what we paid for.Desired Settlement: Refund of the total amount I paid him for the work and the alarm system of $505.00. He is welcome to take the alarm system since it does not work and he did not give me any paperwork on it so I could contact the manufacturer to try to trouble shoot the problem.
