We are an engineering firm that was hired by Texas Dream Builder (Gary ***) in We provided him two foundation designs for a house he was building (we gave him an optional design in less than one day from when he requested it and charged him no extra fee for it) This was August of We have still not been paid We have called, emailed, texted, and sent letters in the mail reminding him of his open invoice No response It's been close to a year now If you decide to do business with this man, make sure you enjoy losing money
