Whitfill Nursery, Inc.

I received a quote over the phone for a tree, 24" box, planted and guaranteed for $199 + tax. When I got to the north Cooper Rd location I was told that I needed to pay for delivery, too. I told them that I'd take the tree with me and save the delivery fee. I was then told that there would be no planting and guarantee. The process smacked as a scam to me. Bait you in with one price and then tell you you can't get the product and service for the price quoted but had to pay more for it. It was a wasted trip to Whitfill and some very poor business tactics.

On 2/12/2015 I bought more than $2,000 in plants from the Southern location of Whitfill Nursery. They made a mistake and overcharged my Visa credit card and they told me they will credit back the difference to my[redacted]. Since them, more than 2 months ago, I have been checking my credit card in the Internet and calling them every week. They tell me they will give me the credit but they don't do it.
