Hi,THE Whiteville Community Pharmacy is still sending me medicine in the mail when I never heard of this company at allI only shop at *** in Memphis TN.This the second time they have done this.THE first time I contacted my doctors they said they NEVER order any medicine for me throw the mail because they have me sign in as of medicine going to ***.So I sent it back to sender and that's when I got another medicine box from them again. So I ask How did they get my information ? why they keep sending me medicine in the mail when I ask them to STOP!!!!!Can y'all call me at XXX-XXX-XXXX so I can try to resolve this matter.Thank You
Whiteville is fraudulently requesting prescriptions and taking advantage of patients by knowingly manipulating both the patient and the doctors office
Our office has received multiple requests for medications on patientsThey are manipulating the patients by calling them and informing them they have prescriptions for them, the patient 'assumes' these medications are ordered by our doctors and they agree to have them shipped to themOur office then receives a call or fax to request a prescription stating that the patient is requesting the medicationOften times it appears they are targeting the elderly population who can be easily confused and manipulatedThe medications they are requesting are not prescriptions that our providers have prescribed or advised, so as you can imagine this is very frustrating and could potentially put our patients in danger of medical harm if a prescription that is not indicated is authorized and dispensedThis is also a very time consuming process to

This company asked for a prescription for a patient and wanted to fax a form for the doc to fill out In less than minutes we received the form times This is ridiculous...and a huge waste of time and paper They were called twice and asked to stop faxing us as it was tying up our fax line and we only needed copy and already had copies We will not be doing business with this pharmacy!
I fell for their TV advertisement regarding how to receive diabetic supplies for less money on Feb 22nd,
My husband was in need of test strips for his Contour Meter Today we ran out and I called to see if they were sent They told me there was a "snafu with the Insurance Company (***) So I tried to get them from our local Pharmacy, (Cash Wise in Hutchinson, MN They were unable to fill the prescription because it had already been transferred to Whiteville I spent more than hours on the phone trying for a resolution Finally they told me to give our local Pharmacist their Customer Service Number and she should ask to speak to a Pharmacist and they could then do a Pharmacist to Pharmacist transfer They refused to connect her to their Pharmacy (They stated Privacy Practices) At 4:pm I called Whiteville again and they said they were closed and she would leave a message to them to call me because it is an emergency to be without test strips! It is now nearly 6:
We have received numerous faxes from this company- all fraudulentI have contacted them several times and we are still receiving these
I have called and spoken to this company on numerous occasions asking them to stop faxing usWe requested that our fax numbers be blocked- each time they tell us that yes, they have them blocked yet we keep receiving fraudulent faxesI know they are fraudulent as we contact the pt listed and they have informed us that they had never heard of them or requested meds through them either
Complaint taken via phone-JSWe are filing this complaint on behalf of our patient *** *** We have requested by fax on multiple occassions that all communication from the company stop Mr*** does not have his prescriptions filled through this company
This company is telemarketing Medicare/Medicaid patients and offering them certain medications, then soliciting an order from the attending physician
I am receiving prescription orders to sign on patients of mine that I have not requested, nor do I see a medical need forThis is a blatant attempt to bill Medicare/Medicaid for items NOT necessary to the patients' careSuch items include topical analgesics, epinephrine auto injectors, back braces, and diabetic suppliesThey prey on the elderly and mentally challenged, then try and get busy doctors to sign for these thingsWe are not stupidWe order necessary items for patients and don't need some backwater pharmacy practicing medicine
This company sends fraudulent faxes to our health clinic requesting prescriptions for *** patients
