I've been a customer for at least 5 years. I fell alittle behind in my payments. After making payment arrangements your billing department canceled me and took away the bins. What a awful way to treat your customers. I lived here20 years am I'm not leaving soon and you treat me this way. I know people who have higher debt and you still pick up. Your billing person is rude

I have never been so enraged about my trash/recycling pickup in my life. I honestly never put much thought into it; I leave my trash and recycling out the night before and the next day I retrieve my empty bins. Simple, right? Not if you use Whitetail. My recycling is supposed to be picked up biweekly, however in the past 6 months it has been picked up 1 1/2 times. Yes I said one and a HALF. After 3 months of calling to report my recycling had not been picked up, they finally came out, but only took HALF of it. How ignorant or lazy (or both) do you have to be to think that’s ok? It took another 3 months for them to come back for the recycling (after repeated calls),and this time they took it all…except for several bottles they dropped and smashed on the road. They actually have the nerve to send me past due bills for a service they are not even providing! The less-than-helpful shrew of a woman at (dare I say) “customer service” said that in order to get more than $3 taken off my bill I would have had to report the incompetence of these mns as soon as it happened. Since when do you have to remind someone to do their job? Go ahead and keep billing me. I am certain the township will be very interested to learn that my mandatory recycling has ended up in the trash because there was no room for it in the recycling bin. As a matter of fact, I think they should be paying ME for having to clean up all the broken glass left by their incompetent employees; one of whom left a tip envelope in my mailbox!😂😂😂

2nd week in a row they did not take all my trash. They take the bag on top and leave the rest. All I have in the can was drywall broken up from a flood, can was not even 30% full, just heavy. When I called they told me they changed their policy. They no longer pick up construction materials. They are refusing to pick it up. I went on their website and there is no mention of not picking up construction material. They will not do anything. They told me to contact Got Junk. They are suppose to be a trash hauling company - right? but they are picking and choosing. Time to find a new company.

I cannot find a way to NOT Recomment a company on here or I would.
I hope that this might help a bunch of you from making the same mistake I did.
I got a card in the mail for $69 for trash and recycling. I do not believe that there was anything saying that this was guarantied for only one year but I may be mistaken. So that my fault and continued with their service despite the fact it was at least once a month I was having to call them and wait on hold for a half hour to tell them that they did not pick up our street. How do you miss an entire street?
Now I got the next statement in the mail, several days after they already charged my CC and there are additional charges added. I decided enough is enough and found a new source for trash removal. I cancelled my service with Whitetail 3 weeks prior to the due date on the statement. They are trying to tell me that I am choosing to cancel early and they will not refund for the coming April May June quarter.
A sleazy company to say the least and I cannot believe that I fell for their bait and switch trap!
Again I hope that this helps any of you that might be reading this to avoid the hassle of dealing with a company that is this unscrupulous.

Whitetail Disposal misses pick up 3 out of 4 weeks - won't return calls or answer their phone (on hold 15 minutes). Won't refund for missed pick ups. Very poor customer service. Unprofessional.

I have been a customer since I was quoted a price of $per quarter I received a flyer with price since is $per quarter and will stay till I called and will receive the $price but no adjustment for the years I paid higher costs They do not change their price, just for people who call up and ask This is poor customer service and shady dealing I have had good service but this just isn't correct, he just kept saying other disposals will charge you more Very disappointed
