My water heater died during the holiday and I tried like crazy to get a reasonable quote for replacementAfter very high bids, I called AlaskaI am SO GLAD I DID! The response was prompt, the owner understanding of my urgent need and gave me a very reasonable price, right over the phone! She had me contact the repairman, Dago, and gave me his direct line to speed up the processDago asked me to take photos and send them, and came the next morning (a Sunday, mind you) and surveyed the jobMy forty year old galvanized pipes were a problem, but he found a water heater that fit after tons of his own time looking for it, and ended out modifying my whole intake and valve system for only more than the original quote! After the install and hours of work, he had my new water heater up and runningTo top it off, HE MOPPED MY FLOOR!~ Unbelievable!
