My wife ordered a life vest on 12 Jun 22 for our grandson. Never received confirmation or any communication whatsoever. When my wife followed up on this she was told the person she needed to speak with was not there but she would take her information and have the person call her. One week later after no communication, my wife spoke with “Robert” (NFI) who informed her that her money had been returned to her account because the item was on back order. Communication from this company has been piss poor at best! Spend your hard earned money with a company who knows what customer service is, this company has no clue…

I paid for a product and it was shipped broken. I have tried to resolve this issue for 3 days now and have been unsuccessful. I continue to get the run around telling me the product was shipped with *** and verified with *** they don't have it. I need a quick resolution. I needed this product last week
