When we had the truck in the shop we ran multiple tests. The only thing that seemed to create a problem was a aftermarket remote start. We unhooked the remote start the vehicle was then ran for a considerable amount of time and we were unable to duplicate any failure. After talking with [redacted] today he called [redacted] and set up a time to get the vehicle back in the shop so we can work on the problem and get it taken care of.
