On [redacted] I ordered a hydro floss irrigator from [redacted] My credit card was charge for the product and shipping. As of today [redacted] I still have not received the product. I have sent emails to [redacted] and to [redacted] with no results. On [redacted] I called and spoke to [redacted] who agreed to get a message to [redacted] to ship my product. I was informed the business was now just a whitening salon but they would help me get my product or a refund. I have since made two more phone calls to them with assurance they would get in touch with [redacted] but would not give me any direct contact information for [redacted]. Since we are now in [redacted] and I have not received the product or a refund I would like to file a complaint. Any assistance you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
