Review: Ordeder a spa part from their web site. Was never shipped. Refused to respond to any e-mails after attempted to contact. No refund was available as I had passed a paypay complaint time limit by days (after patiently waiting for response too long).I have all documents from this transaction.Desired Settlement: paypal refund upon presentation of proper documentation

Whiteswan apologizes for all the confusion. The total amount owed was refunded via Paypal on 10/10/2013. Unfortunately this has been all due to technical errors with Paypal which has led to misunderstandings. Paypal did not fund the money correctly and in our computer system it showed we were waiting on payment. We did leave messages for the customer asking if they wanted to go ahead with the order since we showed it hadn't been paid for yet and we never received a call back from the customer. Paypal then gave the customer a receipt with an e-mail contact that is used for accounting purposes only, not customer correspondence. We did not know of the e-mails or complaints until we saw this Revdex.com Complaint since none of our phone calls were returned and we never received a phone call from the customer.
