Thank you for speaking to me over the phone last week.  We are following up with this letter and other supporting documents as we discussed regarding the complaint filed by [redacted] about an alleged incident that took place in our business on 5/27/17.  It our belief and position...

that this complaint is a misrepresentation of the facts.  The alleged incident has been jointly fabricated by [redacted] and a disgruntled ex-employee Cassidy Sullivan.  Our ex-employee [redacted] is a close friend of Ms. [redacted]’s.  The complaint was filed for the express purpose of unfairly disparaging our business and its employees.   We are including attachments that support our position.  Ex-employee [redacted] was the hairstylist referred to in Ms. [redacted]’s complaint letter to you.  [redacted] and [redacted] are close friends and can be found together in images located on several places in Facebook and other media.  Open the attachments and see images.  [redacted] is in the lighter hair on right, and ex-employee [redacted] is in the dark hair on the left.     Our receptionist Cindy, on duty the eve of the 27th when [redacted] received services, denies anything took place that remotely resembles that described in Ms. [redacted]’s letter to you.  She also never asks or requires that clients pay in advance.  At the time of checkout, no complaint about the service or price paid was expressed.  Our manager Peggy followed up with a phone call to Ms. [redacted] after her initial call and complaint to us.  When our manager Peggy asked, [redacted] said her hair was “fine”.    We hope you take time to review this letter and supporting documents.  It is our sincere belief that this complaint was fabricated by two friends, one an ex-employee, to disparage our business and employees.  We believe that after review and consideration of the facts and circumstances, you will lay this issue aside.  Please feel free to contact me with any questions.  I’ll call in a few days to follow up with you.  Sincerely, Gary G.
