This letter is in response to the above referenced complaint [redacted] A Member Service rep of the White River credit union has researched the records to look for the deposit that the member said they had madeUnfortunately we were unable to determine that a transaction had been made and the member was not able to produce a receipt or the exact date that he alleged he had made transaction onIt is the policy of the Credit Union to require a deposit ticket for all cash deposited to a member's accountWe have refunded all daily negative balance fee as well as the insufficient fund fee back to the member's account

It is the policy of the Credit Union to require a deposit ticket for all cash deposited to a member's account.
