From my own experience, I would just recommend being very careful when dealing with them. I felt that they were rude, and out to get my money without professional courtesy. They charged me money when they could and did not give me any heads up. When I emailed them, they said something along the lines of I'm not dealing with this anymore, you'll find out how much we are taking when you get your security deposit back in the mail later.
