Vendor requested a wired amount of money to a Mexican Bank for the title search and ownership transfer, which we sent in the amount of $4907.00. for an act of sale of our membership in a *** in San Lucua. They they request another amount of approximately $3500 to be wired to pay for an Non Citizen Mexican Tax. When I question them, they said we can't proceed.
They did not verify that the funds from the buyer was being held by them or a separate escrow company.
When I email them a treat to notify the Revdex.com, Portland police dept and the FBI about their scam, they have stopped communicating with us by phone or email.
We have found their website is no longer existing. This makes us more concern that these people are con artist.

They tell me that the "buyer" has deposited a large amount for the sale of my timeshare but that I have "fees" of about $6000 which I have to pay for them to release the money.

They are not a registered business in Oregon. They are not a licensed escrow agent in Oregon. The English language grammar on their website is atrocious.
I hesitate to send them any money. I have never heard of the seller paying closing costs and never heard of a "bank withholding fee". I will wait for more information but it sure does look like a scam. It has taken six months for them to get any action after a promise of three month completion.
