Amazing customer service! I stumbled upon this company this summer. I found a pair of Sandals that were really comfortable but due to my daughter stepping on my heal from behind as I lifted my leg the sandal hardware broke. Emailed customer service, and was answered right away. Linda was VERY attentive..They replaced the shoes for me. Great company that stands by their product!
