After getting service on my teeth that I was told would be $3436.00 I made payments in full of $3457.00. Paid in full with credit card. Another $699.00 was added on 1/22/2020 without my authorization. I never handed them my card,and it was never swiped for this charge. I do not feel that this is a correct or fair charge as I had paid in full. I have contacted the credit card company, and was told this is not permitted without handing the card and agreeing to the charge.How can another 700.00 be charged without my signature? I never would have gone through with the service at that cost. I would have the tooth pulled instead.

Refund Refund $699.00 to my card and I will dispute added charge in small claims court
There was miscommunication between the patient (Mr.) , his wife( Mrs.) and our front office , we believe his wife had authorized us , since she is an authorized user on the A/c. The charge was processed.
But when the patient(Mr.) brought this to our attention and advised us that this is not authorized the charge was reversed back . The patient (Mr. ) has been informed and has confirmed the charge back.
The Patient has received optimum dental care at our facility and still owes us this amount.

The office has called me to say my credit card will be refunded. As of late the charge is still there. I really do not like the way they took it upon them selves to use my card without my say so. It does not seem right to me, and not sure if it is even legal. Thank you
Refund was issued to Mr. *** on 02/18/2020. Please find attached a copy showing the refund issued.
