White Glove Ultimate Cleaning

Review: I was quoted for the cleaning service for $110, when they done with the work I have provided them with $120 and asked for the $10 change. The manager ([redacted]) the same guy provided me with the quote, informed me that he has no change and advised me that the extra $10 will go to the women provided the service. To my understanding and what I was informed from him in previouse services the quote included the tips, which no extra charges will be required for tips. I did not accept his response and he insisted that he will not return back my $10 and he ran out of the house with an attitude.Desired Settlement: Refund me back my $10.

At this time, I have not been contacted by White Glove Ultimate Cleaning regarding complaint ID [redacted]. I have got the impression that the owner ([redacted]) does not care much about his business, that is why he even does not replay back to the request, I believe he will not bather responding. Thanks for trying to resolve the matter.
