White Garden Designs

Review: Charles White of White Garden Designs was hired to clean our man made pond which had a severecase of algae. He came with two men who were not equipped for the job. They Drained the pondleaving 1 foot plus of the water in the pond..When asked to completely drain the pond he refusedsaying it might clog the outlet. He replaced plants in pond which were covered in algae and refilled the pond. Several days later when the algae was again covering the pond I called [redacted] who said he was very busy but would get to us. I called him 5 times but no reply.Desired Settlement: clean and drain the pond completely down to the cement floor. follow up to insure pond remainsclean.
