Do NOT use this "builder". Claims to be Christian and reliable. I have had horrible experiences with him. Spent a year waiting for him to fix a roof leak. Promised every week he would be out next week. My kitchen ceiling and wall is destroyed. He then decided it wasn't a big enough job for him to handle. Paid him for hardwood floors in my office. They are now buckled up. He won't come out. He told me I have to remove the shoe molding and make relief cuts. I'm not a builder! He doesn't honor his commitments and he doesn't stand behind his work.","neg-1
