responding to complain from isabel ***-faded in color and shrunken dress-she said dress should in inches in length but it was shrunken to inches.do you thinkany kind of fabric, it is very hard to shrunken inches of lenth unless somebody cut it
out.my employee ask her to leave the dress with us and we can do some researchshe refused and took a dress with her only thing she wants was the money demanding the refund .our responding was " we need a dress and receipt to be able to refund a money" but she said bought via internet yrs ago she brought copy of a dress picture instead of copy of receipt but she claimed that purchasing date was 8/15 we process blouse pent and dress at that time but drop date was 8/01/and washed dress at same time only dress was shrunken pick up date was 8/21/ pmeverything looks funny but if she bring a dress and receipt we will work around for her I will send a my own receipt via faxi am not good at internet having hard time sending e-mail and picture at same time.thanks*** *** white bear cleaner
