Whitby Tire

! I bought a pair of snow tires at Whitby Tire. One week later I got a flat on one of the tires in North York. Thinking it was a nail or something, I took it into a local tire shop to get it fixed only to learn that it was a failed bead. Cost me $40+tax to repair. The next day I went to Whitby tire thinking they would make it right. Afterall, I've been going there for 10 years and would, therefore be treated right. Not so! The owner, Jack, *** told me he would not reimburse me for my repair and that I should have towed my car in from North York for them to re-install my tire! Firstly, who would first think that *** workmanship was the reason for a flat?! Secondly, if he wasn't going reimburse $40+tax, what makes anyone think he would reimburse the cost of a tow from North York! I was offering the cheapest remedy but this guy would have none of it.
