After a horrible experience with this organization and poor treatment of our 11 year old son, we requested a refund of our registration fees. Their policy states that it MAY take 30 days to process the refund ***. It has been 30 days and still no refund. They do not respond to emails at all or within reasonable time. We are still waiting for our refund and response to emails sent regarding this matter. Poor business ethics and service.

Refund We would like a refund immediately.
They do not care about the well being of kids in sports, they care about dollar signs and control over their members. They do not easily give refunds back, and only respond to concerns or complaints after multiple attempts to contact and you become angry. They do not respond or care about keeping kids safe against bully coaches or children.
