Whimsical Winds

Review: I placed an order with Whimsical Winds on 1/22/14 for the amount of 30.96$. A debit for this amount from Whimsical Winds for 30.96$ posted in my checking account on 1/23/14. I have not yet received this order. I have made numerous attempts to track this package with the company via email and by phone and have not yet received any response from the company. They are not returning my phone calls or emails regarding this issue. The order number is: [redacted]. I am frustrated with their lack of customer service. I do not believe they are with good intent to fulfill my order.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a full and immediate refund to my checking account. They have taken money with out rendering the product

Review: I ordered a 36" pewter lighthouse wind chime at the begining of April of this year from the Whimsical Winds website. I received an email confirmation of my purchase on April 2nd (order #[redacted]). I received a second email on April 16th stating that in was not in stock and I could either wait for it, change my order or receive a refund. I responded via email that I wanted to wait for the purchase. I never heard back from the company, nor did I ever receive my purchase. I have attempted to contact Whimsical Winds via the phone number at the bottom on their website, as well as via the email they had originally responded with. This is also the email that they recommend be used on their website and answering machine. I have left three phone messages and sent multiple emails between July 1st and September 30th and have yet to hear back from anyone regarding my purchase. I waited so long to contact Whimsical Winds as I know back ordered products can take weeks to months before they are delievered. I was charged $79.98 back in April for the wind chime that I never received.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate a response from an individual at Whimsical Winds. I would still like the wind chime , since it has already been paid for. However, if it can not be delivered in a timely fashion, I would opt for a refund at this time.
