I have been eating at Which Wich for the past 10 years. I will admit, I have rarely visited them in the last several years, due to moving to an area where Which Wich is scarce. But Which Wich is making their presence known around the area where I live.
A week ago, I visited the *** Which Wich location and ordered a sandwich. I presented my frequent punch card that I have had for quite a few years, but the cashier mentioned to me that they are not using these anymore. I then called Which Wich customer service through the toll free number and I spoke with CSR "M*** Taylor." Mr. Taylor informed me that Which Wich is no longer honoring the punch cards and explained to me that people were taking advantage of them. Mr. Taylor said there was nothing he could do for me. I explained to Mr. Taylor that the punch cards show no expiration date on them and they are 100% valid, for frequent purchases. Mr. Taylor mentioned to me that I was out of luck and at a loss.
I explained to Mr. Taylor that I would be contacting various government entities to get help with my resolve. I think it would have been in Mr. Taylor's best interest to remedy the matter brought to his attention and in fact compensate me for my loyalty; specifically in regards to this matter brought to his attention. I have a perfectly valid case and Mr. Taylor is in a place to make the customer happy, but this was clearly not his agenda. How hard would it have been to simply send me a coupon good for a sandwich on a return visit? And now I have to bring outside help to remedy that situation. I should not have to waste my time for something that is customer service common sense 101!

My giftcard was hacked. I called the H.O. They said they would investigate and call me back. Never did. I called, EM, wrote letter - no one responded.
My giftcard #XXXXXXXXXXXXXX should have had $39.37 left when I attempted to use it on 11-21-18. I was advised it only had $.42 left. On 11-26 I called the Home Office and talked to 'Jesslyn'. She advised it had been used twice in California. It was obviously hacked, since I live in Louisiana. She said she would look into it and call me back. She had me EM her a picture of the giftcard. After 2 weeks with no response, I EM her on 12-6 asking about it. I got no response. On 12-13 I called again and talked to 'Tiffany' who advised Jesslyn wasn't in yet but would have her call me back. Again, I got no response! On 12-27 I wrote a real letter detailing this to the Home Office. I NEVER got a response from them, either!!! Unbelievable!!!! I don't know what else to do.
I want a new giftcard.
