We appreciate the opportunity to try to address this againIt is our position that we refaced three rims for Mr***Refacing is re-etching the metal to give it a fresh machine lookBecause his paint wasn't damaged, we were able to give him a discount on the refacing from our usual $per tire to a discounted rate of $per tireWe want to be perfectly clearMr [redacted] had three cracks in one rimNot three rims with one crack eachYou can see this is the case, when you review the email Kelley provided to Mr***Our original offer was to give him credit of $towards the purchase of a new rim from our shopWe did not hear back from him until after he had the rim replaced by a third partyWe will not reimburse him for a rim that he purchased from a third partyWe did not cause the cracks, we attempted to repair the cracksAs a gesture of customer courtesy and a means of resolving the dispute, we are more than willing to offer him a refund of $This is the cost of the service we performed on the wheel that had three cracks

Mr [redacted] came to us on 09/09/with a request for rim refinish and was priced at $per wheelWe show no record of any additional charges? reflecting his comments of additional costs imposedUpon arriving in October Mr [redacted] was advised that his rim had fresh cracks in it and was priced accordingly for the repairUpon failed attempts over multiple return visits we advised?
